We are a family owned business. I have worked in the paramedical service industry now for approximately 15 years. In the beginning of my career I worked for Portamedic, EMSI, APPS & Quality (now Exam One). I learned a lot by working with all these different companies and have a high respect for them. But I wanted us to be different.

Our goal is to build good and personal relationships with our agents. We want our agents to know we truly care for them as individuals. I know that it is very challenging to build a business, therefore our focus is to provide the kind of quality that you deserve in our services. Allow me to mention a few things that we do differently:

How are we different?

• When someone's blood pressure is high due to a temporary stressful condition, such as a person that just got off the freeway or just had an argument with a child, we will lay them down for approximately 30 minutes to relax them and therefore try to get a better reading for the exam.
• I personally train all new examiners myself to ensure consistency in their quality of work. Each examiner is tested prior to being hired by having them draw my own blood first before I allow them to draw blood on your clients. I have full confidence in my examiners.
• Upon completion of the exam your examiner will be calling you with status which will allow you to get to know the examiners personally. We all try to work very hard as a team.
• We cover five counties ourselves to ensure superior service. These counties are:
